Waited in drive through for almost 30 mins at 2pm. Then had to get drive through employees attention just to order. Employee taking payments was so slow that she was holding up long, long line. By the time I got to pick-up window there were multiple orders "laid out", ready to go. When I picked up my order my fries were cold and the ice that should be in my cup was almost non existent. I imagine because the gal taking payments was so slow. Don't stop here off the freeway if you're in a hurry!

It was decent, my parents went in there for the breakfast sandwiches. It cost extra for eggs on it now? Yikes never knew that. Overall it was alright to start off our day for traveling.

Cashier for the drive-thru with the bright red colorful hair, wish i got his name but he's the real mvp. Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays so I gotta give credit where credit is due. He was so patient & so polite. Not to mention, they hooked it up with the hot fudge! Good job guys. 👍👍

We stop at this location everytime we pass through headed North or South whenever we're on travel we usually get service but this trip the app was down we couldn't use any points nor gain any points ( I asked if It were possible to gain the point somehow at a later time but they weren't able to give me an answer,) we had to wait quite some time for someone to assist as the ordering machines were down as well and the staff was extremely busy in back we did finally get serve by an eager to assist new employee I'm not certain of his name but I'm thinking it was Robert Mer#570953 who did tried very hard to make things right ,but we didn't get Napkins, nor did we get our dipping sauces, or our Pie correct but he tried really hard to help us but he was running the cash register not in the back so I'm sure if he were running the back he'd definitely do a better job in ensuring the customers experience was to McDonald's expectations. he made the experience pleasant So thank you for him.
