I moved here 3 months ago and love it. I have not.seen any drug activity in my area. Shopping is close it's clean I recommend you look for yourself. Love my new home!! Reason why people get cars towed is they park where the signs say you will be towed! The speeding is not addressed people run down mommy ducks with their babies. There is no help from the police so just beware if speeders

Florencia you dont have any idea about this place. The Fact is They dont writte a Rules and Regulations or a Lease lot AGREEMENT for each year!. They are running Busisness in a very poorly way. If you own your piece of box. Then you can RENT YOUR OWN BEDROOMS AND SUBLEASE THIS US ANNOYING BECAUSE MANY PEOPLE LIVING IN ONE SINGLE DWELLING.!!. TO MANY NOISES!CARS!.AND UNWANTED ACTIVITIES.
Yeah. Can we like put the 971 dollar rent pay into more speed bumps? The cars are like getting dangerous here. I read on wikipedia that they cost around 50 to 200 dollars to install. Perhaps, out of almost 300 mobile homes paying rent, atleast 5 more speed bumps could be installed. Otherwise someone will get hurt. And if it is a child, it will be a whole lot worse, financially and lawsuit wise.
Unfortionately, it's something we live with every day and night. Unless we do something about it. Like make frequent complaints at the office to put our money into more speedbumps.
The park is patrolled by the City of Coconut Creek Police. They share their stats on their website. They have an outstanding response time.
