The woman who answers the phone is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I am a landscape contractor who works in multiple states, I called to see if they would be able to share availability and pricing of plants for a project I am working on in the area. I was told that no pricing or availability will be shared with me because I am not a contractor in the area. This is all fine but the fact that she would not even hear me out and hung up on me was the most unprofessional call I have taken in my 15 years in the industry. I wish I could leave zero stars. I know this may not be reflective of the company as a whole but as the first person the customer speaks to, the person answering the phone should be way more polite and accommodating.

The staff here are very helpful. They understand the city code really well and made finding the right trees a breeze. They have a ton of variety and plenty of options to choose from regarding a butterfly garden. I can't recommend them enough.
