Slowest service I've ever seen at a bank, especially when I'm the first customer. First thing in the morning they have literally nothing going on, only a few customers, and a full room of workers - yet it took nearly 20 minutes to get a debit card printed. Double the time I was told of 10 minutes. Then, of course, after finally going up and checking on it they tell me it'll be done in roughly 30 seconds. Lady immediately got up and went to get it, magically it was finished. Yes it's early in the morning and the week, but please pat attention y'all. People don't wanna sit next to smelly transient strangers in your lobby for 20 minutes just because a worker wants to be lazy or forgetful. First time using this location in over a year and I definitely won't be back. Longview branches all the way.

I was refused service because I wouldn’t wear a mask I told them I had a medical condition and they told me I could use the drive-through I told them I needed to do my transactions and i inquiries inside.

Jennifer M! the branch support girl there should not be working in a professional place. That lady is rude and waisted so much time trying to reopen an account to tell me my check will be on hold. Goodbye Fibre hello red canoe 🤗 should really consider who you have working for you. Will not return after being a customer and husband is changing accounts as well! Lost two people Over one employee. On the other hand GABINO is amazing.

About a month ago I had an overdraft issue and I was able to have it refunded so I wouldn't be screwed over with my finances/bills, which was just amazing. They said it's a one time thing with overdraft fees so I'm thankful for the blonde lady who assisted me at this location on that day. Very professional and kind - soft spoken too. Then in the last week I had an issue with automatic/manual loan payments and I was able to get assistance first thing in my online account messages about 15 minutes before the branch even opened the day after Thanksgiving (Black Friday, which is today the day I'm writing this review) so I just have to say big thank you to Jenifer for helping me with that. You are amazing. If you have the option to go to this Fibre over the other locations I highly recommend it! The ladies here are so kind every time I've ever came in or called with a question or concern. Thankful for this bank as my previous one down in Oregon was just terrible with customer service.
