Bought a firearm just before 4th of July weekend and they told me they would be closed for it. Got my call early Tuesday morning with the cleared background check and will be picking up today. If anyone could have given better service, I don't know who that would be! Gators Custom Guns is a local go to for what you need. Thanks guys, be seeing you soon!! FYI, the lady that gave a negative review needs to understand that it takes people to input background checks and look for what's not on the shelf. Get a grip and breath!

A couple of weeks ago, I decided to purchase a weapon and wanted to help out a small, local business instead of a large conglomerate like Walmart. I went to Gators. What a mistake! I waited at least a half hour while 1 (male) was helped (while watching 2 employees sit at computers who couldn't be bothered to help me). I am a female. When it was finally my turn, I got at least 3 minutes of help before the employee moved on to other customers. After I purchased my pistol, the employee PROMISED they would call me when my background check came through and I could pick up my pistol. Here it is 2 weeks later. I just called and they said it had been in for awhile. No call, no text. I will not be back to Gators guns. As a female, I will go where they treat all customers (male AND female) equally. I guess I just got a lesson on helping out a small business. I have never been so discriminated against because I am a female. I will not be back to Gators guns.

This place is fantastic. They are very friendly and offer anything you could want or need when it comes to firearms. Being new to the area I checked out a lot of places and by far this is the best anywhere around Washington. Their inventory is great and have the stuff that is usually harder to find. They can order most anything in if you can’t find it there and the prices are unbeatable. Highly recommend this shop.

No magnum receivered shotguns at the moment. We have some tactical semi-auto shotgun but they are all 3" chamber. Feel free to stop by and breeze the racks
Yes, assuming youre referring to a buffer spring.
Barrel threading is something that we do but unfortunately the barrel length on the 783's wont fit in our current tooling. The bipod would be a tough one to do because of how remington constructed their stocks for the economy level guns. There's not enough meat in the forend of the stock because of the hollow construction for a sling swivel stud to bite into. We're not sure of a good way to get a bipod on the 783 as they sit.
I can only start the paperwork early if i have a copy of the invoice with the serial number. Our cost for the transfer of a pistol is $20 per serial number.
Yes, we can take a payment over the phone with a credit card. No big deal.
Not typically as most of the interior parts deal with rubber seals and proprietary tools which we don't have. Its a whole different set of knowledge and tools.
We charge $20 per serial number on private party FFL transfers.
Yes we do appraisals. Usually Wednesday and Thursday mornings are best for this.
There's a number of different factors. Color, patterns, whole gun vs just slide or frame. Come on into the store and we'd be more than happy to discuss it with you.
The guys at Gators are top notch, great service and great people
You should call them them tomorrow and ask, if they dont have it they will be able to get you one. Call them in the morning though they will be glad to help you
You have to be at least 18 to work in a gun shop, and most shops require you to be 21
