Please add your lunch hours to your hours of operations on Google. It's currently 1:40pm on a non holiday Monday. Anwering machine says you're closed while Google says you're open till 7pm. No one's answering.

I've been with this Kelso clinic for many years and about 4 different doctors, and always have enjoyed and/or respected the treatment I've received. They are totally dedicated to helping and problem that's come my way. I don't know what I would have done without their caring and compassion. Thank you, team

Say away from this place they don’t care enough to return your calls or answer your phones I was told to call back the next for an appointment for medication refill no answer. I tried all day even after I left nothing. Called the one on 12th they answered right away

The staff that was there in the front office and management has changed in the last 6 months. On a scale 1 to 10 I would give it a one. If you ever have to call & leave a message for a manager or the chief of operations named Dian Cooper, she shall probably never return your calls or emails. This is based on my previous experience. The doctors are pretty good but as far as how the office is operated and ran by incompetent people it is sad for obtaining consistency an appointment scheduled and then not being kept. I have gone to appointments and later was told family emergency happened with one of the medical staff members yet no one had the decency to take a minute to call and inform of such to avoid from taking the time to even get to the destination and show up on time to my apmt.to be told you are not going to be seen. The new front desk young female informed me that I was called by a staff member yet when I interrogated her for answers the outcome was that the staff member never made the call to inform people that had appointments for that day! Shows me that these specific staff members do not care and are not compassionate and caring for whomever needs to be seen for whatever reason! I do not like this clinic at all
