Great grocery store for the wholistic and healthy foods minded individuals or families. There’s also a small cafe for lunches. Very helpful staff, with many items to choose from and a huge assortment of vitamins, supplementa and oils. IMHO -Smaller but better than Sprouts 😀

Despite they don't have the lunch special anymore, it is still nice to eat here, many healthy options, tasty food and quick service. You can shop at their store while you are there as well.
