I signed up and worked out the same day. Update: I still enjoy it! Staff are friendly. Update: I still enjoy coming to the gym. You get to go outside the house and workout. Not that working out at home is bad. But I work from home and be needing to get out the house lol.

No. No trainers but the staff there will assist with how to use machines. They also offer a few classes that have have instructors but no personal trainers.
They weren't last year
It is 10 dollars for basic plan but they also have the plan that includes hydro massage and tanning for 22 dollars a month.
