This place used to be a nice place to eat with family. My hubby and I brought our 1yr old to eat here. The room was dark and no one was up front. A man said someone would be with us, and 5 minutes later a woman came out the back cursing and rolled her eyes. We looked at each other in the EMPTY restaurant, let the two guys behind us go ahead, and we left. We went and found a different place to eat. Sad to see this place die it used to be nice. Rip

2nd time visiting the siegen location and my extra burger patty was left off yet again (pick up order and i should have not trusted the order and checked inside). Fries were cold and not edible. Will not be back for a 3rd try.

I ordered online but kept getting an error message so when I got to the restaurant I asked them if they had my order and they said no. So I said OK, no big deal I’ll go ahead and place an order. The cashier walked away but she was turning a couple pieces of chicken on the grill so I thought she just needs to turn that chicken so it doesn’t burn and then she’ll be back. There were two other ladies there. One seemed to be a cook and the other seem to be a manager. So then the cashier walks out of the back area to take some food to someone at a table and then whips out her phone and starts talking to this woman about something on her phone. The manager, who is leaning against the counter, asked me if I need to place an order and I say yes. So instead of taking my order, she turns around and looks at the woman who has walked away in the middle of her shift, and tells her to come back and take my order. The woman out in the lobby just continues to talk to her friend. So I wait, wait, wait, and after like 10 minutes of waiting the manager, who is still leaning against the counter, nor the cashier, nor the chef, never take my order. So I gave up and walked out the door in tears. Apparently I was not good enough to eat at this greasy pit. That’s OK we had a lovely meal at the hamburger place across the street.

Floor was fine today. Great burgers and fries and wonderful service. If Dinesshia is working, you will be blessed with her great service and attention to detail.
Our black bean patty is vegan as well as our freshly baked buns. We have a burger called The Vegan as well that is 100% vegan. The vegan patty is cooked on a separate grill than the meat proteins.
MOOYAH follows the CDC guidelines and recommendations including team members wearing masks, temperature checks upon arriving for shift, regular sanitization, social distancing when possible, COVID line checks and other safety practices.
Siegen follows protocol. Denham location does not.

Nope they are not. However, after my last visit there I would try something else. Service was poor. Burger was overcooked, fries were greasy and more importantly it was filthy. Tables were dirty, floors so greasy you could skate on them and the staff acted as if you were doing them a favor being there. Burgersmith down the street would be a great alternative. Good luck
