They sell patterns for them in a few of the books available.
Did you ask them ? Maybe you can order it from their catalog
I looked for a vest kit and didnt find one, i think pants would be more rare. All the supplies you could want though
Last time i was there i saw all the items to make them but i didn't see that kit is the kits section.
