My sales consultant Laurie was great. Educated my wife and I about the different flooring that she had. She answered all of our questions. Very professional. Our installer, Richard Green was awesome. He gave us suggestions how he would install the floor. We decided to have the flooring installed horizontal. He leveled the floor before he installed our new flooring. Richard was punctual, worked clean, and very professional. If you buy your flooring from great floors, request Richard to be your installer.

This is the worst experience I ever had with this great floors in Tacoma. The estimator show show and take the measurements and photos. Our quote included remove all the furnitures. When they show up, they installer claimed they cannot remove or disconnect any electronic components. Today, there is no show or call after they already scheduled. After talking to the store manager he is the most irrigant and doesn't care about the customer services. I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO SHOP AND INSTALLED BY THIS GREAT FLOORS STORE IN TACOMA. THESE PEOPLE ARE WORST THAN A JUNK CARS SALESMAN.

They only get two stars for not hassling me over a refund. Their measurements guy royally boned my family on our project. We moved our entire home out over the weekend to prepare to find out the product we ordered weeks ago won't work. It's beyond me that the age of our home (1921) was not taken in to consideration. We are ignorant. You're the professionals, supposedly. If you have an older home i recommend you shop elsewhere as the entire experience with GF has left a miserable taste in our mouths.

We worked Initially with Karla Wicks in sales. She went the extra mile for us to purchase our carpet and then followed up to ensure that everything went well. We experienced a slight hiccup with the floor transitions and she went to top management to get a quick resolution. Then Larry Craig the Installation Manager found a very experienced carpet installer to help us resolve our carpet transition issue. Larry was very responsive to our needs. Ruben Romero the installer came right away and looked at the problem and knew just what to do. He jumped right in and replaced tack strips and added more padding and then re-stretched the carpet. Ruben has been doing carpet for 25 years and is a very professional installer. I would highly recommend Great Floors for your upcoming floor covering projects.
