I have confirmed appointment but they not off load me after sitting 14 hours now going back to shipper where I pickup this load

Follow the sign directions and you shouldn't have a problem. I was dropping an empty and picking up a preloaded so I'm not sure about live loads. The truck lot is directly to your right as you enter...park and WALK to the guard shack...just like the signs indicate. The guard will then tell you what to do. I was in and out in less than 30 mins...a few rigs pulled right up behind me when they saw me drive to the gate AFTER I had walked to the guard shack and was told what to do...they were turned away and told to park and walk up. I wasn't allowed to scale my load but if you drive straight out of the facility on Portland there is a Pilot Express on the right side about 2 miles down you can scale there.

Smells like a paper mill. Don't park close by overnight. . An appointment is necessary but you can come early that takes a while to get through the line and they do load early. Make sure you goto the parking lot to the right when you come in. There is a number listed for you to call. It's on a sign. If it is the first time then they give you safety training that last for a year. There is a lot activity and buildings to be aware of. Some loads go over a scale. Some don't. Gate 1 will give you instructions. No cell phone use because of all the activity and dangers. Tandems need to be slid back while on property and slow speed. The pigeon pet wants grains and bread. The crow will eat the left overs. If you can't use the scale for a outbound load then use the pilot Express about 2 miles away

Aweful, Terrible place. I arrive 15 minutes before my appointment and end up waiting 5 hours. Nobody seems to know what to do. This place is unsafe and invites alot of illegal activities. Note: I just found out why there was a 5 hour delay. Guy is busy on his phone.
