The only thing good to say is they are consistent. Keep marking packages “available for pickup” and they are not there. No matter what town you go to, USPS sucks. Keep raising shipping rates even though the service gets worse. I wish I could choose the carrier through Amazon

I love this post office. They are consistently friendly, professional, hard working and trustworthy. I've had a box there for 5 years and can only say good things about Kevin, Allen, Barbara, Michael and all the good folks there!

Yes you can by going into a location, going on the website usps.com and providing information. The best option is going into your closet post office location so they can provide documentation.
can you ask drivers to close box doors when delivery is made especially on rain days please?
