Big Lots is great and the new store has furniture! Save money in a clean and friendly environment. The only thing I would say is that they need more lighting in the parking lot. It's pretty dark at night. But a great place to shop for sure!

Store is beautiful since the remodel, really spacious and big. But they need to train their cashiers a bit more, and be careful when they label the sale tags. I tried to buy a shelf through them and the tags stated it was 50% off, well when I went to pay it wasn’t and when I asked why I was told it was a BOGO. So I changed my mind and went back to look at the tag and the tag stated it was for the storage BINS not the shelf even though I had an employee tell me it was 50% off because she was saying how good of a sale it was and she was going to get on for her daughter. I went back a week later and the self said it was $29.99 the price I was supposed to get the first time I tried buying it. Bad customer service. I won’t be shopping there again, I’ll keep going to south hill.
