Service dogs yes.
I have seen service dogs there and other dogs there who aren't service dogs. And if any dog does their business there, we just need to make sure to clean it up after them. There usually a worker on site cleaning during the weekdays that I have seen, you can ask them just to be sure what the rules and regulations are.
