Absolutely they always need fosters.. I know there are classes you have to go through. Just contact them for all the details.
The Humane Society has an application process and need for foster homes as well as volunteers fot the shelter. Start by calling the Society. Talk with the volunteer coordinator and get started.
Go in person to the Humane Society in your area. Talk to them. If you have lots of experience with animals and you want to be a foster care taker, they might consider it.
