No, they don't. But since they're feral, they transfer them to organizations that handle them. They do keep and place in homes those that can be socialized. Namely the kittens. The rest are trapped, neutered, and released (TNR).

I caught 6. There are 3 more hanging around. They got wise to my ways and I have been unable to trap them. Good Luck!
