If your car is still under the factory warranty it should not be a problem taking it here to have the ECU replace, if that's what is needed. However, a factory dealership is not going to replace an ECU for any kind of a reasonable cost. You will need to seek out of mechanic that can do this for you that's independent. You can also search your make model year on a Honda forum and probably find out how to do it easily yourself you could get a used ECU on eBay Etc
