I bought a set of tires from Costco and they gave me free tire rotations for the life of the tires. I bought an entirely brand new car, from Rairdon’s Honda of Burien, and they have the audacity to charge me $20 for tire rotations each time I get my oil changed. Screw this place. They’ll do anything to squeeze a few more penny’s out of you.

This location is my favorite place to get my Honda Civic oil change and maintain. The service is great and staff is friendly. Had to bring in my vehicle twice to fix a small issue with the splash guard but the finance department and Emily from finance was really helpful and the customer service was great. Please do keep the experienced staff would love to have this quality service ongoing. Jason from service is really knowledgeable manager to trust.

I came in for a simple fix for my 2019 Honda Passport infotainment system. They mentioned that it would only take a day fix. I stated just before I dropped off the vehicle at the dealership that I had a screen protector on my screen. I get a call into the evening that the technician working on my car had damaged my screen. I ask them to verify if it's the screen or the screen protector that was damaged. They assured me that the screen was damaged and they had ordered the part and should be delivered the next day. As time moved on, I kept calling to ask the status on my vehicle. Each time their answer is always the same: the part has not come in yet. Each time I asked if they are sure that the screen is damaged and not the screen protector. Finally, I decided to ask for a loaner and the key to my vehicle to get some personal belongings. After I ask the service department to start my car to see if there is damage on the screen, sure enough I ripped off the screen protector and there wasn't a scratch on the screen itself. Very disappointed in the staff. After asking kindly multiple times to verify it is the screen and to learn that they did not verify, it just wasted my time and efforts. After going into the vehicle at the dealership, I found that the technicians that worked in my vehicle left their trash inside and didn't not bother to pick it up. Very unsanitary. I do not recommend going to this dealership to anyone that comes here. This dealership is a huge disappointment in every aspect. My father and I waited 15 minutes before we got any help and all of the service people inside were not busy with customers.

I came in randomly after work because I had several warnings light icons on my dashboard. David was the best!! He was so helpful, understanding, personable and accommodating and set me up with an appointment the next morning! Not only that but he was very knowledgeable about my car issues and explained everything to me very well. This was my first time at Honda Burien, I usually get my car serviced at the Sodo location. David you are awesome!!!
