I worked primarily with Stephanie, and she was incredibly responsive and worked hard to get me the best deal. Be careful these people are GROSSLY OVERPRICING the 2009 toyota sienna. Nada has been in business longer then kelly bluebook and carfax. Today this vehicle's trade-in value is worth $4500 (that's if it is in excellent condition no matter what the repairs the dealer has done, with 2 keys). This vehicle was bought on auction. And has sat on this lot since Dec. 2020. Just leave it there. They want $12000. Why should you give these people an $8000 profit split between the business and the salesman. It's your money and it's worth way more then this van. Otherwise this dealership wouldn't be trying to steal $8000 of it. There are thousands of vans out there save your money and make these dealers stop inflating the price in the name of a "hot market." Its just tax season. Save your money and give it to honest dealers if there are any in this area. The catalytic converter was stolen off this vehicle, which they claim they replaced. They also claim they replaced the carpets. That doesnt mean the van is worth $8000 more then it should be.

I had a great car buying experience here today! Stephanie was my “go-to” person, but the whole staff - including the lady cleaning up at closing! - was just so nice to my daughter and I. Most important, I got a great deal on an RDX! The process was smooth, the staff was great, and we’re happy.
