Personally, I absolutely love this place. The only downside was the person who sold my car kept saying he was going to give me a referral bonus for sending my friend to buy a car but he didn't. But that's nothing on the dealership but the rap. Everyone I've come across is super friendly and just like any other place there might be times when calls are not returned. I don't recall ever having a huge issue with my calls not being returned. I was given nearly $3,000 off of my brand new car just to get me into it. The finance guys worked extremely hard to get me the car that I really wanted! And they didn't give up until they got it for me. I appreciate everything that they've done for me so far!
No this is the worst dealership I've ever been to. Took almost 20 min just to check in my car. I even had an appointment at 1pm. Staff super rude here
