It would be cheaper to drop them off as strays and then tell the person when you drop them off that you want first priority when they are able to be adopted. It would be free to drop them off as strays and it would be around $200 at most to pick them back up. And they would be up to date on shots and fixed.

What makes you say I am lying Ms. Clemonson?

Cheryl Clemenson | Aug 16, 2019

Please don't lie to get surgery for your pets. Better to call "Spay and Save" 800.345.Spay a program for low income pet owners. This would be a one day surgery and not involve impounding your pets.

Yes you can make an appointment to surrender them if your a Multnomah County resident but there is a fee- can always call and ask for info
