Honestly-I would Never give them a penny to live there. They Are not good people in that office. They do not care about their residents. Just want your money. All of the "amenities" are locked up tight! No pools or exercise or basketball.. they never fix anything. Don't rent there.
The property is run down and since I've been here (7mons) haven't seen any changes. Have had a maintenance order in since we moved in and things still aren't fixed. Was told the gate would be working, still isnt. Yes walls are very thin, we live on 3rd floor and we here our downstairs neighbors often. Worst property I've ever lived in, can't wait til my lease is up. They just hired a new property manager, have yet to see any positive changes. Mark seems to be the only helpful property manager around. Parking is decent
Parking is great but the floors are thin and when we lived on the 2nd floor, we could hear the people upstairs and downstairs. This is embarrasing but I used to hear the guy upstairs peeing when I was in the restroom. There is a new Mgr. Thank God!!! Last I heard a few weeks ago there's only one maintenance guy for the entire 500 + Apartments there. The apartment also has Shady people and illegal activity going on around in it, too. Also nearby is the Westway Apartments which is known to be troublesome. There's a really cool leasing office employee named Mark. I would recommend going to talk to him because he's really laid-back and very nice. They also don't accept any new Section 8 applicants. Good luck if you decide to live there.
There is a new Sheriff in town here at my small apartment city named Pavilion. This place has been a trip over the last two years. Management companies have changed twice. With that transition and lack of stability, this community has been in a downward spiral. Like any large group of humans crammed tightly knit, there are struggles with trash, crime, and noise. Nothing unusual for where we live in upcoming Federal Way. If you have ever traveled around this world of ours you will see that our troubles are not unusual. Ours is a people problem. The manager here is very involved, professional and actually has our communities best interest in mind. She has brought with her a maintenance staff that is fixing and picking up this unkept property. Biggest thing we must do as a community is to frickin help ourselves people. Pick up your trash! Take care of our home, report crime, request maintenance help, take care of the children unparented, be a good neighbor and person. God Bless You
I don't like living here personally. And Gina A. I agree with you. I can hear upstairs residents conversation which just makes you feel like your in the next room. Things and these apartments never get fixed. The unit itself is nice but maintenance here takes about two months to fill a request. There use to be a lot of breakins with cars but that seems to have slowed down. My recommendation is to find another place to live.
Parking is first come first serve basis. Depends on what time of the day you get home from work. If it's late expect to walk a aways.
