I took a tour of a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment today with Jo and she was awesome! Very descriptive and very professional. I also had the pleasure of meeting Gina and Carolina. They all were very welcoming. Definitely going to apply once I have my stuff in order! 😁

I had such a hard time looking for a new home, but thanks to Jo and Jacinda’s help, I finally found a spacious and comfortable home for my kids and I. Can’t thank you ladies enough for all your help. The property is clean and I always see the maintenance team out and about doing a wonderful job to keep the community clean. The retreat is a great escape when I want to work out and the playground is my children’s favorite place to be.

Just wanted to come on here and give a shout out to Miss Jo & Miss Jacinda for constantly keeping in touch with me from the beginning to when I finally moved in. My new apartment was absolutely perfect! I signed for a 6 month lease and I am ready to spend longer than 6 months here. 💖 These ladies really know how to make a person feel so at home! Also, shout out to Miss Gina & Miss Carolina because they really went out of their way to accommodate my family and make sure that the unit was absolutely spotless when I came. Up until now, I’ve had nothing but excellent encounters with the leasing and the maintenance team. If I could give 10 stars, I WOULD!

I know there’s a lot going on right now, but I just thought I’d come on here and show a little bit of love to our Pavilion family. I’ve stayed here for a little over 2 years and I love it here from the moment I moved in til now. Gina and her girls in the office are so beautiful and friendly! I love going to the office just to make small talk with them. Jacinda, Jo, & Carolina will make you laugh and help you with any of your questions and they go above and beyond! And you can’t forget Mr. Will and his maintenance team! Lee is awesome & Henry is always on top of my requests when getting things fixed. Can’t find a place where they treat you like family!
