This place is an absolute joke! They never answer their phone calls and if they did it would be the Kent location or somewhere else answering for the Federal Way clinic calls and these other locations can only put in/send out notes to the doctors or staff. This location does not have any sort of communication whatsoever!!!

This place is a joke, the staff and Dr's don't communicate with each other at all. The want to do all this testing but never and I mean never have they once followed up or done anything at all with the result of any test- if you need a Dr for any reason even a dentist appointment this isn't the place to get any help, I've been waiting to get a tooth extracted for a little over a year now because they refuse to give me my pre-meds for my heart and I've reschedule 3 time's now and have to get antibiotics for the infection in between each appointment which has to be canceled because they can't seem to get it together, don't go here it's really not a safe place

Never again! My appt for vaccine shot was for 1-15pm. Came on time. And now is 2-25pm I am sitting in the room and waiting for nurse to get a shot. Horrible experience.

To start off waited 2 months to get a appointment for tooth extraction, i get to the appointment they numb me up after telling them i want a light numbing cause i hate the feeling but they didn't listen kept telling me they know what they are doing. then tell me there equipment is down and not working so need to reschedule and the next appointment is another 3 months away. So very agitated. Have half a face numb and no work done.
