You should give them a call. I would check other places though , my daughter has been there 3 yrs and the management has changed and takes maintenace forever to get things fixed. The playground still has not been fixed and the pool this past summer was green on occasion and not maintained. It is sad because the apartments are in an ideal location to various businesses and pretty good size. I think 2 bdrm are about $1000 a month plus utilities and cable. Water & trash included.
