I am a fellow neighbor and see so much traffic in and out. Police there every other night to break up fights and noise complaints. Bad management that recommends other neighbors to this apartment to call police for assistance. Such a bad business to run for those who truly need it.

They say my car is not clean enough for their liking and so they are towing it tomorrow at 10am. We have a parking permit. It is not broken down. We drive it. It is not theirs to inspect. If they have issues with it, they could talk to us. Instead we got a notice saying they are having it towed at our expense. Really?! Oh, they also yelled at my husband for giving a bad review on here.

I think the management is ok. Maintenance Crew does a great job at getting things done. As for looking into windows that's just is ridiculous. I can see them looking at the overall structure of the units which is what a good maintenance person should be doing. I am glad I no longer live there for the simple fact that certain people living there are nosy and some families can't control there children. I cannot stand people who are so negative. Also, the druggies are an issue which isn't the apartments fault but the city's. The majority of the people living there aren't employed and do not have to pay $845 a month so I am pretty certain that the statement by that guy is completely false. The rent is based off your income so for someone to be paying that amount they must have an ok income in which they probably shouldn't be mooching off the system anyways. That's my rant for the day so for anyone looking for an ok place to rent if you're needing the assistance, this place is an alright place. John Great Work Maintenance Crew

the manager there is racist there was a CONSTANT mold problem in my apartment when I moved in instead of cleaning the walls they just painted over what was there including a used Band-Aid it was horrible there oh and on top of that if they decide to give you a notice for something they don't even bother to try and talk to you they just tape a note on your door which is illegal but they don't care and another thing that was bs was the inspections they never showed up when they claimed they were going to if they even showed up at all our neighbors never once got inspected and their place was a pig sty oh and if you have kids be warned they do allow sex offenders to live at these apartments as well
