No one even acknowledged me even when they walked by me. Stood at the front waiting to pay for at least 10 minutes while my food wasn't even started. After saying something 3 times the guy just said sorry we're busy. There should be someone there to take cash payments. Especially if they don't start the food till it's paid. I work at a restaurant and we ALWAYS acknowledge our customers as soon as they show up.

An employee name Texas, had been very courteous and even encourage the team to keep up the good work. It took longer ordering, lol. Very fast and fresh. Had all my sandwiches. Lobby is clean as well. They even answer the phone when i called ahead of time, to see if the lobby had been available for breakfast. Great Service!! Great team!! Fresh and Fast! This is around 9:40 A.M. on Tuesday.

Sad, hammered, dry meat and bread is what you get here. Window service is polite, but the expensive food is terrible, and the prices change frequently. People deserve freshness and consistency.

My food was stale, our order was almost $40 they forgot part of our food fries were stale and my 20 piece chicken nuggets came as a 10 piece and an over cooked chicken breast. I’ve tried to call the establishment more than 2 dozen times. I had already gone back for the missing food before I seen that instead of 20 nuggets we got 10 and a chicken fillet. If I could give them no stars I would. There’s no customer service and the woman at the window was rude and got irritated when I asked for straws for our drinks. I will be calling management tomorrow or I’ll go back on
