I don't think you can find a better spot in Oly. This place has it all. The lake views from the floor to ceiling windows are beyond amazing. The location is perfect next to the lake, marina, and downtown. The building is brand new, beautiful, quiet and well run. Kevin and Caitlin are both really wonderful and accommodating. You'll love this place ❤

Everything about this apartment building is amazing! Views of the Capitol or the Pier (both within walking distance so perfect for pups), the staff is friendly & communicative, there's a stellar coffee shop, soon to be a restaurant, other businesses in the building, a block away from a grocery store, great gym, fun building get-togethers, and so much more! If you're looking to live downtown, you need to check this out. My dogs and I absolutely love it!! Don't let reviews referencing homeless deter you. I'm on the side of the building where there is a view of the Capitol and I definitely could not see the homeless camp from my window. Moving here from the Portland area, I don't see as many homeless when walking dogs outside and I feel safe at night. The security company that monitors the building at night is also very friendly! It's also a perk that the buildings are secure and not just anyone can walk in, so if safety/security is your concern this building is for you!

This luxury apartment is exactly what downtown Olympia needs! From the minute you walk through the door it absolutely feels like luxury living. When my husband and I went to your apartments I knew for sure we would be signing a lease. The views from almost every room are amazing but we are SO happy we chose the 7th floor! The staff is incredibly accommodating and very thorough. We felt right at home :) Kevin is amazing at his job and has gone above and beyond to help us through this process. I highly recommend renting from Views on Fifth if you’re looking for an apartment downtown Olympia area.
