Love Dr. Teng, he is a top notch doctor. He's casual and friendly, but very professional. He is very kind to his patients. He had a wonderful way with my mother. My mom had a cataract that no one thought could be removed and she'd get her vision back. Thanks to Dr. Teng and his team, she sees better than ever. Very thankful for him and his expertise. Would recommend him to anyone.

In the beginning it was great doctor Habib was nice. Waited a bit in the waiting room but she seemed like she cared. I was proscribed medication that only help for the issue of swelling but not completed resolving. So she decided to do a biopsy ASAP. After doing that and not figuring out the issue she refers to me an rheumatologist. Once doc habib office cant help you no more they have no kindness or respect for you no more. Even tho she referred me to another doctor she still want a 2nd post op follow up which made no sense to me. She is only in certain areas on certain days so I had to go to a farther office one of the days that I don’t have school. Which was an hour and 30 mins away. the office calls me and tell me they want to cancel 10 mins before my appointment. I’m in the parking lot to remind you!! And they want to cancel because they are running three hours behind. Waist of gas and time. So I asked to have a tellahealth instead they rescheduled me for April 6 today. I wait on the video chat for someone to get on for 30 mins and no one got on. I didn’t even get a call prior to ask if I need help getting on or confirmation of my appointment. So I call a few hours later and speak to a representative who I know exactly who it was Because every time I visit the new haven location I see her and she had a really unique voice and attitude. I explain to her what happen with the video call and thAt I’m not rescheduling and that I better not get billed for their mistake. Then again... it seem to me she did not care and just says OK I’ll document it in the account. No apologies no explanation just left me hanging. Seems like all this place wants is the money. Quick to do surgery but not quick to follow up. Also if your ganna sit in front of customers you should deffinitly practice better customer care Skills and correct tones with patient who are hurt or injured or don’t feel well. I WOULD NOT Recommend this place unless u have an open schedule all day for them. They need better scheduling and organization skills.
