What is the income cap?
They are wonderful apartments buildings but the management is the worst do not move in.
Beautiful apartments in a smoke free community. Matching appliances. Washer and dryer, pantry. Def worth it but is tax credit so you can only earn so much depending on household size. Very strict on background check which is not a bad thing.
They suck lol, don't waste your time or money
For two people I believe it's no more than $34k. There's a brand new affordable housing in Seattle where the max income for two is about $54k, I don't remember what it's called. Built this year.
How can i see the income cap?. Or wohld anyone know the income cap for household of 6?
Yeah, I already found out about the income cap which we are well over unfortunately. Bummer.
