There seems to be alot of 'drama' in these apartments, from maintenance and managers. Talking to the manager would not solve anything because she is apart of the problem (in my and others opinion). Currently moving my family members out of hell and into paradise. I hope this help you, as the owner, to get a handle on the wrong doings of your staff. Enjoy the rest of your day. 😐

Quiyonna is the nicest person i have ever met. She went out of her way to help us with any issues we had. She is super quick to send out and receive messages. I would apply here a million times over! Love this girl 👏 👏

I have to say the office staff is the best. I have been homeless in a tent with my granddaughter. I came in and put money down on unit and it was opening on the 5th of October , the unit came open early and the staff got it completed early and the call was so amazing staff was as happy for me as I was to get out of the cold tent. This place is Amazing all the staff have been so nice and accommodating . I love copper valley staff and grounds are amazing clean and friendly. Thank you all for your Amazing work to make a clean and safe place to live. Your awesome . Cathy Harper H-102

You need to apply in the office.
No they are down to one person right
They usually only have a couple people. Coming in works best, but you will eventually get them to answer the phone.
What is HEN
No. We currently do not rent clubhouse for parties.
Copper Valley isn't a subsidized property. Our rents are set at a lower rate than the average conventional properties in the area and we have income restrictions based on the size of the household.
You have to make at least two times the monthly rent to qualify but no more than $31,380 for a one-person household. If you were looking for a one bedroom, the minimum requirement would be $1548 per month or $18576 per year.
Monday-Friday 9-5 Saturday 10-5
yes
It depends on the inspection. It is not illegal to give a 48 hour notice that management is entering the apartment to inspect things like the fire alarm system or the air filter system. Maintenance requires a permission to enter to enter your apartment at any time.
