Not a very safe place. Frequently have teenagers roaming around. Management doesn't seem to be able to do anything about it. Have asked to have cameras installed around the premises but was never done. Now one of the tenants had their home burnt to the ground. Other than that though, the park is clean and the homes and properties are kept up.

I'm only giving them 1 star, because the Manager had his crew come over onto our property and steal our decorative boulders from our back yard. Then he had them put in front of the mobile home court. I just filed a police report because he laughed in my face when I told him I wanted my $ for them. Now I have to sue the owners. No Bueno.:(

Tl; dr: bad treatment of elderly disabled people and tons of speed bumps so large a normal car will bottom out and your passengers will be suffering! --- They force residents to do their own upkeep on lawns and properties (mowing, weeds in gravel, pressure washing, etc) but then charge huge fees or kick people out of their homes if they aren't able to find a handyman. They don't have a list available or a program for the disabled or elderly to find these people and do not help in any way to find them!!! They also have the biggest speed bumps I've ever had the distress to drive over, they will bottom out your car and make anyone in your life with a pain condition sob for hours. I have several pain conditions and i don't know how anyone lives here! This is supposedly a retirement community but its NOT 55+ friendly in any manner! If i could move my loved one out of here i would in a minute.

Clean yards, went to community's yard sale today. Great prices,people. Great managers.
