Never got the link to share my feedback of my experience, as I wanted to mention one of the reps. Dropped off the vehicle 5/21/22, after having it for a few days. I typically am satisfied with the vehicle provided by Enterprise, as I've rented many times before but this particular experience wasn't as great. I was disappointed that the only car available had scratches all over and the rearview mirror cover was completely off. borderline, janky rental. I was in a pinch, I had kiddos to grab from school so I had to just go with what they had, since the other Puyallup enterprise didn't have any cars available. After returning the car, I believe his name was Sam, he took a moment during the walkaround for the car turn in to listen to my experience. He changed my rating from two stars to five stars, by reducing my daily rate so I didn't feel like I was paying full price for a car rental not up to par. Customer service is great!

VERY helpful staff, extremely polite demeanor and understanding even when things can get stressful. I had been in a car accident and insurance got me a car. Brenna was AMAZING helping me get into a “cool” car. I really enjoy the customer service you guys provide! Keep it up.

These guys are crooks...I had a rental through my insurance and I was rear ended while in the rental. Employees at the store took pictures and notes and said cancel your insurance claim because enterprise will take care of it. It was all lies...months later they sent me a bill. Bunch of untrained individuals that need to inform their customers better.

Christian at the front desk was attentive and very polite. He was able to assist me with the car rental with a sincere care. Thanks Christian, its people like you that make renting with enterprise so great.
