Looks like my delivery from Amazon was ran over and then carefully put on my porch without even as much as a note saying sorry!! Round up all over everything included in box and on my composite expensive deck

I think it would be easier to give 5 stars if we were rating lack of mannerism, efficiency, politeness, or staffing. I have never once had a good encounter at this post office unless I go in at 5 am and use the self serve kiosk. It has even gone so far now that they won’t give me a refund for canceling my P.O. Box. Plan on bringing a lunch while you wait. Toys for the kiddos would be helpful. And just remember they do not smile here so bring extras to share. They clearly need them. And just so we are clear I know customers also help set the mood for the cashiers however the last few times I have been there there has not been one customer that was rude. And I was in lines of up to 30 people. They should really rethink restarting with staff.

I used the self-serve kiosk to ship a Valentines gift to my daughter in college. Tracking said delivery was on schedule until it didn’t show up. The next morning, tracking said my package was at the 2nd street location and I needed to pick it up. Went there (now late for work), a nice person there couldn’t find my package, got on the phone with the Meridian location where I had mailed it, led the person on the phone around like a lost child, “look in the zero packages, look here, there, look for a priority box,” etc. until my package was found on a random shelf, untouched, unscanned, unshipped. The nice person asked if I wanted to pick up my package or have it shipped…..at this point a tough decision but I have it shipped and ask about a refund, a discount, anything! No, but I could drive to the meridian location and speak to a supervisor. $22 for my package to travel 2 hours in 10 days. I feel cheated, disrespected, and so disappointed that my daughter’s gift will be a week late. I’m switching to UPS. I’m finished with USPS. This organization used to be respectable, honorable, but now it’s just a waste.

Service can be a bit slow 🦥 so be prepared to wait in line. All that said the staff are are great people. Lisa was especially helpful. The interior is clean 🪥 and neat. Not enough handicap ♿ parking 🅿️, but the automatic doors work well here.

What's it being held for? Usually 10 days unless it's hold mail, then I can be up to 30 days.
Let them know asap. Scanners have tracking. They may be able to recover your package
You need to go to your Post Office that serves your area, or call. Give them your name and any other information that they ask you for. Request to speak with a supervisor or the post master. I work for the post office.
They are not locked up at night. They are located next to the automated kiosks.
The drive up mailbox is gone. Not sure if they are planning on putting in a new one, but as of right now you have to go in.
Contact the post office. Either online or over the phone. USPS will try to fix the error.
I'm not sure. They used to, not sure if they still do, but you need to already have your photo and paperwork completed. If you live in puyallup, there is also an office in the city government bldg on meridian who does the same ..at least there used to be
If it's a community mail box. Catch your mailman with pliers and needle nose. Take removed lock to your local hardware store (Lowe's, home depot) and replace for $10ish.
There was no delivery on Saturday and a few vehicle breakdowns so mail is behind. All mail should be caught up by the end of the week.
$13.65/69?
Yes they can hold your mail if they feel like it, but some of your mail will still get delivered to the old address. Your dealing with complete idiots
I would advise using a different service for anything you can. I've had several terrible service experiences with this particular postal office.
Marking them with "return to sender" should work. If not bring directly into the post office during hours of operation.
I believe they do, but I think it's by appointment only.
Change of address packets are available at a counter or can be more easily completed online.
FYI- not every post office charges the same amount for the same size box. I paid half the amount when I switched to the Graham P.O. from Puyallup P.O. (for the same size box).
