Extra Space Storage is a great facility! The facility is clean and I feel safe when at the unit. The employees are very knowledgeable and kind. Cindy is amazing, VERY helpful. I had a problem when moving out of my unit but Cindy was quick to respond and rectify the situation. Thank you Puyallup Extra Space Storage 👏🏻

Storage unit got broken into and they have yet to give me any info for my police report. Won't give me a license plate, wont show me cameras, what's the point in paying for security cameras if they won't work? Nothing like losing all your valuables after they jack the rent up, and only care about repairing the unit, not about all your stuff that was taken, if you have things you love? I would nor store them here, as they will allow people to just walk off with it

I do NOT recommend this facility!! They verbally told me twice I would get the online original price and then uped the price the day before move in and that they would have to get it approved and most likely have to do some adjustments! Then on the day I was there to move in(w/ my uhaul)they acted as if they were going to need to have it okayed by the main manager and now it would most likely just be for one month!! The price difference was almost double! WHAT A JOKE AND ABSOLUTELY SHADDY! I had to rent my truck another day and I went somewhere else! What a TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!
