Dion and Cody along with finance were awesome. Decided to trade my F-150 for an SUV, was not sure what SUV although my wife drives a Jeep I was considering the Bronco, Forerunner, Excursion, (see really undecided) etc. Dion was awesome working with my wife and I as we test drove 7 or 8 vehicles before settling on the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that we did, cannot recommend them enough. No playing games, straightforward this is how the business should work.

Spoke to Mike Lee on the phone regarding a truck on their lot. He ran some numbers for me to make sure I was comfortable with the price before I drove down to Puyallup from Lake Stevens. When I got there he was ready with the keys for a test drive. Very calm and relaxed buying environment. Never once did he try to push me into buying. The best part was that when I got there, none of the numbers we spoke about had changed! A straight dealing car dealership! Wow! Tyler in the finance department was awesome too. Everyone is friendly, easy to work with. Just go to NWM, they make it easy.

Mike Lee and the finance team made it so easy to get approved for your dream truck! We were able to start the process remotely from the comfort of our home, and were in and our of the office in 1.5 hours including the test-drive. The gentleman from the finance department got us an even lower interest rate and lowered our monthly payments by $130 per month. My last car purchase was through carvana which was pretty easy, but you have to wait quite a while for your car. At this company, the paperwork process was easy and I got the car same day. Thank you guys!

I spent today with Richard Samuels at Northwest Motorsports. I originally had an appointment with another saleswoman, but she was still working with another client and Richard was quick to step in and assist. Richard was very informative about the Jeep I test drove and the other options I looked at. Richard was professional and not pushy. He listened to what I had for a down payment and the price range I needed and he made it happen! Wonderful experience and I love my new Jeep!

Just go back to the dealership and let them know if I've ever had any problems they've always set it straight
Their warranties SUCK! I have learn after buying 2 vehicles from them that NWMS sucks and so does their warranties. Hate that place wish I never bought my cars their.
We do not monitor vehicles after purchase. All loans are provided by third party financial institutions and any missed payments would be between you and your lender.
Northwest Motorsport is committed to the health and safety of our community. Our staff are required to wear masks at all times while in doors and we highly encourage our customers to do the same. We do our best to social distance and we are disinfecting common surfaces multiple times a day. Our staff wipe down our vehicles after each test drive and we offer delivery services if you prefer to test drive from your home.
Definitely try your bank or cu. They just shotgun the creditors. You never know who you're going to get.
