This Tahoe caught our eye as we were driving by the Puyallup Larson. We decided to just turn around and stop in to “look” at the vehicle…Since we had been to multiple prior dealerships and never felt they were in the best interest of “us”… so didn’t really want to have contact by a salesman at this point…due to feeling bitter from most interactions. Then this friendly smile came out to unlock the Tahoe for us and just let us admire it…never once being pushy or asking us to come inside. Just felt like a friend was with us as we got to know one another and talk about how nice the Tahoe was. Nate Blair was the name of the Salesman we worked with, however, I wouldn’t even categorize him as a “salesman” … he deserves so much more than that…He was so kind-hearted, caring, friendly and genuinely listened. Never once expected us to buy the vehicle. He went above and beyond and it couldn’t have been a better experience for us…we will always have the memory of purchasing this vehicle from not only Nate but the Larson brand itself. I need to mention Jake in finance, who also was easy to talk to and made signing papers a breeze. We laughed and shared stories and learned a few finance things from him, as well. Larson just felt like a large extended family to us and am looking forward to having my vehicle serviced in the future just to say Hello! I will always recommend Larson to my friends, family, and coworkers!

I am reviewing the sales department of Larson, Justin Smith. I have now bought two vehicles from Justin because his level of concern and detail to the consumer is exceptional. After I bought my first vehicle, I was blown away at how much work he did to get me a price I was comfortable with, the exact model I wanted, constant communication and updates, and his concern for me to make sure I am comfortable and if I needed anything. Everyone knows Justin is a huge Seahawks fan and he knows I am a Bills fan, however he still treated me like family and never passed judgement! So I returned for another vehicle and he helped me with trading my old vehicle in, found the vehicle I wanted and the price was a little too high. Without hesitate he went and spoke with back office and came back with the price I needed and wanted and even let me take the vehicle home and bring the trade in back later since my wife was with me and didn’t want to sit around while I signed paperwork. I hopefully won’t need to purchase another car anytime soon but when I do, it will be from Justin.

Same place had my van for over 2 weeks my air conditioner went bad. They never answered the phone ever. Then when I got it back they had to send out for the part 3 times. 2 times the part were defective. Service should I say customer service has gone bye bye.
