WOW ~ Deena Dole at Lakeside-Milan is incredible! If you are looking to get healthier & live a cleaner life and want to talk to someone that understands where you are at in life she is your contact. • The customer service & care at the Puyallup location is outstanding. From the minute you walk in Joanna up front greets you with a genuine warmth & care, then you get to meet with Deena for a true no BS sit down to discuss your plan/goals for becoming the best version of yourself. I love the trueness and feel of everything about her! • Highly recommend Lakeside-Milan Puyallup ~ You’ll be in good hands!

Thank you for the previous reviews. I am canceling an appointment that I had with these guys this morning. I felt like I was lied to. I’m not going to get in to the semantics. I’m 52 years old I’ve been an alcoholic addict my whole life. Over the years I’ve struggled on and off with recovery and relapse. I was looking to sign up for a relapse prevention class. I’m not interested in a assessment and I’m not comfortable having to explain every nuance of my being to a stranger and sign any release. I want to go to a self pay outpatient class and receive the information on how to stay sober today. It shouldn’t be difficult. I’m not interested in upsell and I don’t have the money anyway. I was told about their eight levels of treatment after specifically explaining I’m only interested in an outpatient relapse prevention. I felt like I wasn’t being listen to and that was over the phone in the first conversation. Anyway, Godspeed in your quest. I did read your response. Instead of feeling sorry for me why don’t you just offer a class for people like me? There’s a shortage of active AA meetings throughout Pierce County right now due to the Covid virus. You would think an organization like yourself would do you able to come up some kind Response to bridge the gap for people like me. I may contact you and come in for an assessment anyway if that’s truly the process the help is what I want.

My family and I are grateful to see a rehab center like Lakeside Milam Puyallup staying committed in helping many people go through their recovery treatment. I have been working with Deena (intake administrator), she has passion in recovery. She has been working with me to help keep my son on track. She will do the work, if you do the work. Without Deena's personal touch in customer service with our family, we wouldn't know what to do. I highly recommend the Puyallup Lakeside Milam Outpatient to everyone going through recovery in addictions. - The Allie Family

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They lose my ua and accuse me of being sneaky. They are the ones who lost it. Maybe they should look into how they do things there instead of yelling at someone who is doing a damn good job of being sober. I walked out of the program today because no one deserves to be called a liar and sneaky.
