I wanted to say that RONDA in the puyallup store is a very very nice person. We need more people like her in this world. Ronda helped me with a lot of experience she's a great assistant Manager. I will tell people to go to cash America cause of her..

Pay attention people, the bad reviews are by people who wanted more for there items than they were worth. Of course you aren't getting five hundred dollars for a hundred dollar television set, and if you sell jewelry, they go by the weight of your jewelry not how "pretty" it is. I've been going to this location for 10+ years now and never had a terrible experience.

I would never shop here again! They are a complete rip off and their customer service is AWFUL!!! The people behind the counter are not willing to work with customers or do their job fully. They steal money from people and I will NEVER shop from here again. Simply terrible customer service. They are theives.

VERY rude staff. Pawnbroker was incredibly rude when showing jewelry, and then the manager came out and insulted me in front of everyone in the store. Even had the nerve to ask me for personal information. NEVER doing business here again, and no-one should do business here. Go to an actually reputable pawn shop.

12117 S Meridian, if the address is what you're looking for....
Unfortunately, without a staff member seeing the vacuum in person, they wouldnt be able to give a price. There's actually quite a bit that goes into deciding the amount that will be offered to a customer for an item. They have to look at the age of the product, how much it's been used, how much the use shows on it (ie: scratches, dings, dents, fading, enginw noise, etc), how much that years model is currently selling for, how much the current years model sells for, how well the one you bring in still works, etc. So your best bet is to make a trip down there, let them take a look, and get an accurate price for your specific item. Because if they will give you a price at all over the phone, it will be a general range.
