Went to the office and had my children tested for allergies and some other routine things. Dr. Bisher pushed very aggressively to preform some more invasive procedures when there wasn't any clear need. We expressed our concerns to which he brushed off and "gave us time to think." He even sent us home with paperwork he said, "was just to fill out in case of". It was paperwork saying that we are electing for the procedure. He was trying to essentially force/trick us into doing it. I was unhappy and after confronting the 'good doctor' he finally admitted it wasn't needed. Also, They failed to file the proper paperwork in order for the insurance to be processed correctly (my insurance covers it 100 percent). They coded it improperly. I contacted both the Lab, the doctors office, and my insurance. It took 3x for them to fix one of my kids coding and they never fixed the other. Leaving us stuck to pay the bill that otherwise would be covered. Him and his office don't care about patients or their quality of work. They care about billing you for expensive, unnecessary procedures (that they pressure you into) and are too lazy to fix their own mistakes. Save yourselves the headache. Seek help elsewhere.
