WOW, not sure if staff has changed or what, but not good experience! everyone is in a rush once they take you in the back room even the one male dentist, he is scrambling to find an assistant to help him then they leave you, attend to another (which ok yes i understand if you are understaffed) but also know those coming in for their appt. are stressed and nervous too, so communicate better, if the doctors is calling for somone 1, 2, 3 times and nobody is replying, it does not look good to us as a patient. I know we all have bad days, front desk didn't seem to organized and unfortunately as I truly don't mean to put anyone down, but this was my experience! I dont know how many or the lack of dentist, assistants and hygienist they have, but wow they need to have more and be aware that coming to the dentist is stressful for some of us already with any added anxiety's too, so if your atmosphere is a disarray, your employees are running around like lost mice and your hygienist which is a vital and if only 1 and the 1 you have is not cognisent of how she speaks and was very rough towards us especially if she needed us to adjust or position our mouths a certain way, she grabbed at you and did it her self, wasnt very pleasant! I am definetly going to find another dentist. thank you! hope they take time and improve. we all have stressful days and work brings its own stresses, but if everyone is acting on their emotion and nobody can take a deep breathe and focus on what is needed and how the patient is and what they are seeing as an organization then not good! not putting the customer, patient first and who wants to return to that nightmare! and thats what is was for us, a nightmare!

They treated me really well. My visit was quick and painless. When my situation needed a special care they did as needed and I am thrilled. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Love everything about this office! From the two girls up front, their support system, Joy, to the back office. Great, knowledgeable doctors followed by their assistants who really make you feel at ease when you feel embarrassed with your smile. Also want to shout out to the Oral Surgery team! They are fast and Efficient and really make sure you are well taken care of. I have referred many of my family members here and will continue to suggest Bright Now Dental Puyallup to anyone and everyone who wants a great experience!

I am not one to usually post a bad review, yet alone a review on a business at all, I tend to give places the benefit of a doubt. So bare that in mind on the impact I felt on needing to post this. I just had my seccond visit with Bright Now! Puyallup though first actual completed appointment. Long story short a month ago I couldn't follow through with the appointment due to being 10 weeks pregnant at the time and finding out I would need a medical note from my dr due the xray process. Back to today's visit. Check in: there was a bit of slight misunderstanding of not finding my appointment at check in due to not catching my name correctly, no biggie. When asked if this was my first appointment I replied yes and no, explaining the situation and that I am no longer pregnant. (Had a miscarriage at 12 weeks and didn't want to share aloud for the waiting room to hear) It seemed like they needed to confirm a bit as I had to assure them two or three times that I am not pregnant anymore. Xray:dental assistant was nice and cheery and while taking the xrays asked if I had concerns in which I replied with one. As the assistant was setting up to look at the concern the same reception lady I had at check in charged in and barked at the assistant that she couldn't check for my concern as that is in the scope of an ENT then continued to rudely tell her to hurry as she has patients waiting to be seen. I felt uncomfortable and bad for the assistant as I could imagine being talked to that way in front of a patient could be demeaning. Exam: the assistant asked if I wanted a cleaning today or another day which caught me off guard as I regularly see a dentist (besides during the pandemic) and have always left with a cleaning. I replied today as that is what I am used to and also, I needed to use my time wisely as a mom who can't easily find a babysitter. The dentist comes in, checks things, goes over xray results then follows up with reccomending invisalign out of the blue. I have never been told I need braces before so this caught me off guard. I asked if it's for medical reasons or cosmetic and did not get an answer to that question other than "your insurance will cover it". As I was checking out at the front desk absolutely confused by the exam I was told they schedule cleanings separately (again because of needing evenings due to babysitting reasons I am not scheduled until July.) My exam is in beginning of April but the cleaning is not until July?! My husband was seen last month and had a cleaning during his exam visit. I asked about the dentists invisalign comment as I was confused on if it's needed due to medical or just cosmetic and still no straight answer. As I left I noticed the treatment plan that was given to me had a note on top of "no longer prego". I thought the term "prego"seemed unprofessional and insensitive. The medical correct term of pregnant would have sufficed. I left feeling confused on my visit, my plan of action for follow up visits and a bad taste on their customer service.
