I am deeply let down and disappoint in River road animal hospital. More than that, my 5 year old best friend Harley my Chihuahua was injured not far from there facility I call them 1st because they were the llo the time was 4.25 I had Harley in my car called them and told the situation I was in totally. X disbelief of what I was told. They replied saying sorry we're closeimg at 5 so we're notbtak

We have been going here for 10 years or more. I would say the pandemic has impacted their ability to provide some services such as hospitalization, but they seem to be bouncing back. They are respectful of my furry friends and treat everyone with kindness. I do wish they still had the expanded hours they use to have.

Both my wife and I have used River Road Animal Hospital for numerous years and are very satisfied with the doctors and other staff. This last time we visited was to see if we could get some help for our German Shepherd (Moose). It was decided that the best treatment for the dog was to put the dog down. The Doctor administer the medicine to the dog and she went to sleep. We have used the River Road Animal Hospital for all of our pets. Their prices are very reasonable. The technicians and doctors are very professional and they offer the best solutions for curing and providing the best care for your pets. Both my wife and I would highly recommend the River Road Animal Hospital for anyone needing the help for their animals both small and bigger animals.

We switched to River Road Animal Hospital after a bad experience elsewhere, and we couldn't be more happy with our care. We have been taking both our pugs to see Dr. Lam, Dr. Schier, and Dr. Marvig, all of whom have taken such great care of our pups. They are calm, and attentive, and incredibly caring when my older pug was diagnosed with Lymphoma. They have all gone above and beyond for us in numerous ways since we've been patients and we are so thankful!

Yes
No, just discounts. In my experience, I get an email with a code you can use to get the discount.
No, you wait in your car and they come out and get your pet and take them in and the Dr calls you to go over the results
Its probably best to call them for that information
I would ask if they can recommend a specialist. I guessing you've had some blood work done. Good luck!!
River road can, but if injuries are significant they'll refer you to trauma care at summit veterinary hospital.
A lot of places are like that in my experience... unfortunately... Banfield doesn't see your animal in an emergency situation either.
I have had our two dogs in the same kennel. It was fine. They also get to get outside in a dog run at least once a day.
River road has seen about 30 years worth of our familie's dogs, cats, a couple wolf-dog mixes, and ferrets, but not the other two types. Jones vet: Dr Jones used to be the zoo vet, has seen my snake and ferrets, but not my duck.
Care Credit is a way to do it.
