Absolutely freaking ridiculous. First of all, their website is completely unmanaged. I tried to get the paper work done for my dog early to save time by doing it online, which I couldn’t even find. I finally was able to set an appointment which took way longer than I suppose it should. When the appointment finally came around I unfortunately was around 7-8 minutes late due to the insane traffic on Meridian. I then pulled up and called where they were extremely rude and they said they had no tolerance for being late and I should have been 15 minutes early. Great. So I was like, whatever kinda ridiculous but I’ll manage and plus I get it. I just wish they were more understanding. Then I asked if I could set another appointment where they then refused to now see my dog because of the little being late misshape and they were to busy now. Are you kidding me? Like are you honestly that childish? Whatever. Listen if you don’t want to be treated by extremely rude receptionists as well as vet techs then I don’t suppose going here.

I have been taking my three dogs to All Creatures since we moved to the area last fall. After having a terrible experience with another vet in Puyallup, I was very grateful to have met the wonderful staff at All Creatures. Every time we have had a an emergency and needed to be seen ASAP they got us in for a same day appointment. My animals are my world and they deserve the best out of life and it is beyond refreshing to find such an amazing group of individuals who strive to make this happen every day. Dr. Klein is our primary vet but we have seen several others in emergency situations and they have all been very professional, kind, and acted in the best interest of my dog. Dr. Klein is absolutely fabulous: she is not only kind and compassionate, she genuinely wants what is best for your pet and works very hard toward that goal. She is also a wonderful person and a pleasure to interact with. I cannot recommend this veterinarian hospital enough. They are BY FAR the best option for veterinary services in the Puyallup area and you will not be disappointed if you give them the opportunity to care for your animal. Thank you for all you do for our Cavies, we are so grateful!
