I have lived at Corta Bella apartments for three years and I have never lived in a nicer complex. The staff here are over the top in making everyone feel welcomed and special. The maintenance staff go out of their way to help with any issues that may arise. When people ask me about Corta Bella I simply say it's not just an apartment it's a home.

I have lived here for 2 years now and about to renew for a third. What I most appreciate is the customer service. Bianca is an attentive manager that responds to email and returns phone calls in a timely manner. The maintenance team is kind and respond within 1-3 days depending on level of emergency. Today they got me an AC same day because I had a double leak. I also love that I have a garage so close to my unit. I had been looking into moving because I want a 3rd bedroom but no other apartment complex in this area compares in space, quality of appliances, parking and service.

Hi everyone, I have been living on this apartments complex since 2014. It is a pleasant to live here which I consider the best apartments in Fountain area. Pros: Close to freeway, good schools (Elementary, Middle, and High school), supermarket, restaurants, 24 hours fitness (before covid-19), coffee shops, great parks (Mile-Square) all near by. Super friendly staffs, they are professional and extremely nice. You have one of the greatest community manager (Bianca): Any issues/problems that you might have will get resolve quickly. Indoor/outdoor maintenance very simple, just a few click on your smart phone will be taken care off. Community and around area are clean and been taking care daily. Pets friendly (Small area for your dogs playing). Security checking around apartments daily and every nights. Any suspicion will be reported directly to FVPD (2 minutes away from Corte Bella). Over all this apartments complex is quite (but sometime not, see Cons). Each unit have theirs own garage-door parking space and one (sticker permit) in the community parking area (First come, first serve). Garbage area around and get clean daily. Streets (in community area) get cleaning every Thursday. Cons: If you have more than one car, other car must park in community area (with permit), or on the streets. After 6:30P difficult to find a spot in permit only area. Cost living here a little bit higher than other location near by. Sometime you get unlucky with your next tenant to you turn on TV too loud at night (After 1:00AM) or dog barking could be a problem.. There is a phone that you can call to make complain or direct your call to FVPD. Conclusions: As my own opinion: this is the best place to living here if somehow you can't effort to buy a house yet.

Absolutely love living here! I’ve owned 8 homes in my life; truly down sized from out of state and have enjoyed renting, not dealing with the headaches of owning. I love the surroundings within Corte Bella; I love the staff, how the facility is kept up! It’s truly resort living! I feel safe! And, my apartment was a Refurbished unit which was nice. Washer/dryer added which is definitely a plus!! I would recommend Corte Bella for anyone wanting a Quiet, luxury way of living.
