I’ve been here less than a year. I got a good feel about the place. Very well kept, clean, lots of activities. The only down fall is I was surprised to see the extra charges on my rental bill. It does cost an extra 75.00 monthly. Plus side, I am a very active senior, 4 days at the gym 3 days swimming, I def take advantage of the amenities.

Pets are ok. Weight is no more then 40 lbs. $35.00s month with out a letter from your Dr.
I believe it was build 19 years ago. The lady I worked for had lived there since it opened. The other answers I don't have. I will say it is a quiet place.
The 2 bedroom units have washer dryer in them. Not sure how much they go for but they are always running specials. It's a great building with lots of amenities. Very quiet & clean. My mom has a service pet. Otherwise pets are not allowed. ☹ Also there are step in showers. Hope that helps.
