I was at a roller skating rink in the city of Fountain Valley and someone stole my phone whil I was in pain from an injury! I tried to report it and went to the station and waited for almost an hour and no one showed up to take the report! I even had to deal with the Santa Ana police and they were no help either! Are all OC police dept so unprofessional? I had my kids pictures in my phone and that's all I wanted back! I just hope they dont get used in a bad way like I hear sometimes...☹😵 I have dealt with police in my area and I never had bad service like this! At least they took my report!

One of the most corrupt police departments I ever encountered ,they take the meaning of "officer discretion " to new levels whereas people committing crimes will be let go of the officer likes then and somebody complaining will be accused of interfering and threatened with being charged with obstructing a "peace " officer. I do not want to ever deal with them again .learned of people who have been arrested for no apparent valid reason. They are brutal, rude ,they cut you off ,threaten people so is best to steer away from them ,whenever possible.

I had lived in FV for more than 5 years and had never had the need to call the fvpd. However, when my family had an emergency with a missing person everyone that I talked to at the FVPD was very professional and understanding. From the operator that took my call to the officer that they had sent over. The officer that was dispatched arrived around 5-10 mins and throughly filled out a report. He was very calm and understanding, which helped me feel confident that things would be alright. After less than an hour I got a call back from the officer that our missing person was found. Because of him, my family feels we can sleep better at night now. Thanks for all you do FVPD.

omg the most racist horrible police dept I ve ever seen the justice dept should come in and replace eveyone running around miles square park harassing innocent when u have no reason to stop them complaints have been filed with the justice dept u civil right violators u ll be sorry when all of u are working as security gaurds everyone file complaints against fountain valley officers who abuse their power harassing poor innocent people while theres 5 million violent crimes u cant solve or stop the police are the worst ! they harldy ever do anything heroic ! it s all harassment ! the officers will be fired when I m done they need to be off the street u lawsuit will be filed against the officers who a harassed me ! u r going to pay me major damages ! have a horrible summer !
