Good thrift shop. Nice selection of used books, $5 fill a bag. Varied artists in CD section. I would've bought at least 10 CDs if they were a dollar, not $2. Most libraries sell these titles between 50 cents & a dollar, book fairs are often $1 & they sell quickly. Marketing, marketing, marketing. Especially to move an item that has lost popularity. Other than that, the woman proprieter was friendly, reasonable & helpful. The shop has become cleaner & better organized over the last few years. Always interesting stuff to find. Sometimes it may take a little imagination -- it's like going into a mine shaft. Now, it's not a consignment shop, there's lots of junk, dust (though it's a much cleaner thrift shop than most) -- there can be the possibility of finding nuggets. I do.
