My first time there it was fast perfect and they keep notes on how you like your hair I just went there because my barber's clothes on Sunday I'm so impressed I switched I will now just go there because a little bit more than your typical haircut a haircut cost $20 a haircut and a shampoo wash is 25

Don't know if the Barber who did my hair was having an off day or what, but they were pretty unhelpful and unwilling to work with me and left my hair looking pretty bad. I tried to get them to fix it but all I got were excuses as to why they couldn't. So I ended up fixing it myself at home which took like 10min. Long story short I won't be going back.

SERIOUSLY. Asked if we do the the same as last time for my son's cut. Since he comes here often why would I question that question. I look over and she has shaved his head to look like he had a bowl on his head. Excuse...thats what it says in the notes. Well maybe you should ask since the incompetence of whoever wrote those notes is in question. should have listened to my gut as the stylist was at another competitor a few months ago and butched my hair. one side obviously longer than the other. RIDICULOUS...WILL NEVER COME AGAIN.

My husband came home looking like a 5 year old shaved his head. Long patches, awkward stray hairs in random spots. Places that obviously were missed. I could do a better job shaving his head in the dark. Terrible job.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
