Well, I can tell you that the emergency generators start on the same principal that the emergency generation starts at the new Ft. Detrick Central Utility Plant. You gotta talk to a guy, get a badge and park around back...the cafeteria is good (as of 2015).
You can do it.. alone without a attorney they just do easy step u must have all drafts in order. Albert is right .
Hi. Do you want to my help? Thanks Juan thanks for ask. How I can help you ?
To register a name as a trademark you can search using their website https://www.uspto.gov/trademarks-application-process/search-trademark-database
You can metro to king's street if you live washington dc area. Now Patent and Trademark have satellite offices in Denver, Detroit, Dallas and in Silicon Valley.
You can find a plaque anywhere
The best thing to do before you go there is to go to their website. A second thing you may want to do is Google your planned idea/ improvement and see if someone has already made a product/improvement. There is a section of the uspto website where you can search if someone already had a patent on a similar idea. You can always do a web search for a consultant to work with you after you know it has already been patented. Buena suerte!
Probably best answered by the TAC: https://www.uspto.gov/trademark/contact-trademarks
It's a complex process, I suggest visiting a PTRC, a list of local PTRCs is available on https://www.uspto.gov/learning-and-resources/support-centers/patent-and-trademark-resource-centers-ptrc/ptrc-locations, where a trained professional can aid you with resources to properly address your needs. But they cannot and will not provide legal advice.
Any one. Can patent a idea but must have all details done before apply
You may want to call the office with your question, or visit them online
you can use their online search tool - https://www.uspto.gov/trademarks-application-process/search-trademark-database
is there any provision within the PO that expedites a patent for elderly people if a working model and all necessary papers are brought to the P0 FOR REVIEW I am 75 years old a citizen and veteran
No, contact the uspto directly for help
Yes. The USPTO runs the Patent Pro Bono Program which is designed to assist independent inventors and small businesses who cannot afford a patent attorney. You can find out more about the Patent Pro Bono Program at www.uspto.gov.

How do I refer you to the invention?
The real website is https://www.uspto.gov
Detroit, denver, san jose, and dallas
Online
Yes. One option is to go to a patent office, the U.S. Had facilities at each of its offices to allow the public to search for themselves. If you live near Detroit, Dallas, Denver, San Jose, or Alexandria, Virginia that may be an option for you. You can also search all published and patented inventions in the U.S. or the European Patent Office online from any computer connected to the internet.
Public PAIR
No
The forms to apply for a trademark are online at https://www.uspto.gov under trademarks. Good luck.
You can go by the patent trademark office and apply. They will give you further information on how.
No, you can copyright any art work or literature. Art work can not be patented unless you would like to trademark the art work. Call USPTO help line for assistance.
Please visit USPTO website. It's a great website for all the answers. Hiring an attorney would make it much easier because the legal rules need to complete application are there and for a Pro se..it will be time consuming.
